CPLAYER+ ("the App") is a media player. It contains no media content, channels, or playlists of its own. It only plays streams from sources that the user supplies (an M3U URL, Xtream Codes credentials, or a server address).
You are solely responsible for the sources you configure and the content you access through them. You must have the legal right to access and view such content. Do not use the App to access, distribute, or view content that infringes copyright or violates applicable law. The App and its developer do not endorse, host, or control any third-party content.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Availability and quality of streams depend entirely on the third-party sources you configure and on your network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or from content accessed through user-supplied sources.
These terms may be updated; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the current version.
