Privacy Policy — CPLAYER+

CPLAYER+ ("the App") is a media player for Smart TVs. It plays media streams from sources that you configure (an M3U playlist URL, Xtream Codes credentials, or a server code provided by your operator). This policy explains what data the App handles.

1. Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
• We do not use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell or share any personal data.

2. Data stored locally on your device

To function, the App stores the following only on your television (browser local storage), never transmitted to us:

• the access details you enter (M3U URL, or Xtream host/username/password, or server code);
• your preferences: favourites and last-watched resume positions.

You can erase this data at any time via Settings → Disconnect in the App, or by uninstalling the App.

3. Network connections

The App connects directly to:

• The media server you configure (e.g. your IPTV provider). Your credentials and playback requests go to that server, governed by its own privacy policy — not ours.
• Our resolver endpoint at pantv.allciro.com, used only to translate a numeric server code into the server address. This request contains the code you typed and standard technical data (IP address, timestamp) present in any web request; it is used solely to serve the response and for basic security, and is not used to profile you.

4. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

5. Security

Connections to our endpoint use HTTPS. Data you enter remains on your device.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.

CPLAYER+ ("l'App") è un media player per Smart TV. Riproduce flussi multimediali da sorgenti che tu configuri (URL playlist M3U, credenziali Xtream Codes o un codice server fornito dal tuo operatore).

1. Dati che NON raccogliamo

• Nessun nome, email, posizione, contatti o identificatori pubblicitari.
• Nessun SDK pubblicitario o di tracciamento/analytics di terze parti.
• Non vendiamo né condividiamo dati personali.

2. Dati salvati localmente sul dispositivo

Per funzionare, l'App salva solo sul televisore (local storage), senza inviarli a noi: i dati di accesso che inserisci (URL M3U, oppure host/utente/password Xtream, oppure codice server) e le tue preferenze (preferiti, punti di ripresa). Puoi cancellarli da Impostazioni → Disconnetti o disinstallando l'App.

3. Connessioni di rete

L'App si connette direttamente: (a) al server multimediale che configuri (il tuo provider IPTV), soggetto alla sua informativa; (b) al nostro endpoint pantv.allciro.com, usato solo per tradurre un codice server nell'indirizzo del server. Tale richiesta contiene il codice digitato e dati tecnici standard (indirizzo IP, data/ora) presenti in qualsiasi richiesta web, usati solo per rispondere e per sicurezza di base.

4. Minori

L'App non è rivolta a minori di 13 anni e non ne raccoglie consapevolmente i dati.

5. Sicurezza

Le connessioni al nostro endpoint usano HTTPS. I dati che inserisci restano sul tuo dispositivo.

6. Modifiche

Questa informativa può essere aggiornata; cambierà la data di "Ultimo aggiornamento".
